Return Policy
At HangSafe Hooks, each product is custom made to order based on your specifications. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins and materials are allocated specifically for your project.

Shipping Damage or Defects
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us at sales@hangsafehooks.com within 5 business days of delivery. Include photos of the damage or issue along with your order number so we can evaluate and resolve the situation promptly.

If you have any questions about finishes, spacing, or layout, we’re happy to assist before production begins. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
