Each order includes the mounting hardware (per wall type) and installation instructions. All rack orders come with HangSafe Hooks already mounted, so they are ready to attach to your wall. Shelving orders also include steel brackets for mounting.
Most domestic orders are shipped through UPS. International orders are shipped through USPS. Larger orders will be shipped freight, and you will be contacted with information to confirm the delivery date. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking numbers once it has shipped, so you'll know exactly what day to expect your order.
Hook-only orders ship within 3-5 business days. Coat Racks ship within 5-7 business days once the order is confirmed, and shelving order ship within 12 business days.
